The Hong Kong Designers Association (HKDA), as the organizer of the DesignMatch business matching event, is committed to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the information and services provided during the event. However, HKDA does not guarantee the completeness, suitability, or reliability of any information exchanged or business arrangements made between participants during DesignMatch. Participants are solely responsible for conducting their due diligence and verifying the credibility, legality, and suitability of any business proposals, products, or services discussed or offered. HKDA shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from the DesignMatch event, including but not limited to financial, reputational, or legal consequences. Participants are advised to exercise caution, seek professional advice when necessary, and make independent judgments regarding any business transactions resulting from the event. HKDA reserves the right to make changes to the event format, schedule, or participating parties without prior notice. By participating in DesignMatch, attendees acknowledge and accept these disclaimers and release HKDA from any liability related to their participation in the event.
